Hey! So my real name is Christelle Nicole and I'm a Fashion Marketing student at LaSalle College. I'm originally from Ottawa, ON, Canada, and am presently living in Montreal pursuing my dreams in fashion!
Growing up in Ottawa, you have to work extremely hard to be inspired by fashion. It's such a political, conservative city, that wearing anything fashion forward meant you stuck out like a sore thumb! I started loving fashion (and art in general) at such a young age. I was always changing my wardrobe around- especially my shoes! Many people thought I never wore the same pair of shoes twice.
I think it is such a shame that print is dying... My dream growing up was to be the Editor in Chief of Vogue Magazine. I guess soon enough, I will have to settle for the online version!
My mentality has never been to please everyone. I never want to "fit in" or be submissive- it's just not in me. I will always have an opinion- enjoy reading them on this blog!
